About The Position

Four Seasons is seeking an On-Call Massage Therapist to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. This role is ideal for a skilled and service-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury environment. The Massage Therapist will greet guests, confirm treatments, and deliver professional, relaxing services with the highest level of hospitality. Responsibilities include performing massage treatments in accordance with licensing, sanitation, and local regulations, setting up and maintaining treatment rooms, preparing rooms between appointments, and maintaining cleanliness across spa facilities. The role also involves promoting spa retail products, providing services in alternative locations as needed, and collaborating effectively with team members. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Completion of an accredited massage therapy program with valid licensing/certification
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an upscale spa or luxury hotel environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.

  • Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, confirm treatments, and deliver a professional, relaxing service with the highest level of hospitality.
  • Perform massage treatments in accordance with all licensing requirements, sanitation standards, and local regulations.
  • Set up, maintain, and clean treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment, linens, and supplies meet quality and par standards.
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms efficiently between appointments, ensuring readiness for each guest.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across spa facilities, including back-of-house, relaxation lounges, and locker rooms.
  • Promote and recommend spa retail products using prescribed consultation guidelines.
  • Provide services in alternative locations, including guest rooms or event spaces, as needed.
  • Collaborate professionally and effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
