About our property: The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space spread out over the beautiful property, 9 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and 7 pools including a 65' waterslide. Requirements

Prior experience as a Massage Therapist required
Graduate from an accredited school of massage therapy
Current Arizona Massage Therapist License - must be in good standing with the Arizona Massage Board
Excellent customer service skills
Passionate about providing exceptional experiences for others
Professional

Prior experience in a resort spa, preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform massages and body treatments on guests using safe and professional techniques.
Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all massages and body treatments including towels, sheets, disposable panties, etc.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform services.
Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed.
Answer all question related to services performed and products used.
Perform other related services as assigned by manager.
Remain on time for work and appointments.
