Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
• Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
