The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Provide professional, customized massage services that meet the highest standards of quality, service, and guest care. Foster a warm, welcoming, and discreet environment that ensures both member and guest satisfaction. Uphold all spa policies, procedures, and operational standards with a strong attention to detail and timeliness. Maintain active licensure with the State of Texas and carry current liability insurance, listing Sanctuary Wellness Spa/Bluejack National as additionally insured. Complete ongoing continuing education (CEUs) annually and submit documentation as required. Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all treatment rooms and spa back-of-house areas. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in excellent working condition; promptly report any issues to management. Actively participate in all spa trainings, meetings, events, and promotional initiatives. Meet or exceed performance goals, including guest retention and retail recommendations. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of spa services, wellness offerings, and property amenities. Support daily spa operations and assist with additional duties to ensure a seamless guest experience. Promote and embody the vision, mission, and service culture of Bluejack National and The Sanctuary. Maintain professionalism, discretion, and a polished appearance in accordance with grooming standards. Communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing. Adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment, including working varied schedules such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Remain flexible and responsive to the needs of the business and guests. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
