Requirements
- Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in the state of Colorado.
- Must be reliable, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide varying pressure levels during massages, including Deep Tissue techniques.
- Eagerness to grow and contribute, even for passionate newcomers.
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred.
- Specialized skills in CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal, and Lymph Drainage are opportunities for additional commission.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage services to clients.
- Engage with clients and build strong relationships.
- Create an exceptional client experience that encourages rebooking.
- Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue.
- Utilize electric lift tables and work in uniquely decorated rooms.
- Adhere to green business practices and use organic products.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation: $32.00 - $42.00 per massage service hour (before tips), including hourly wages and commission.
- Additional commission opportunities on specialized services.
- Flexible shifts (5 to 6.5 hours long).
- Must be able to work at least 2 shifts a week, with a Saturday or Sunday shift required.
