About The Position

Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist for its new Lakewood location. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, provides exceptional service, and excels at building client relationships to encourage repeat business. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing studio, build a loyal clientele, and be part of an established, locally owned business. The studio is designed with therapists in mind, featuring modern, spacious treatment rooms with electric lift tables, high-quality organic products, and paid setup/turnover time. Requirements

• Valid Colorado massage therapy license and insurance.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
• A genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and encouraging long-term client retention.
• Must be available for a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional massage services to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs.
• Create an experience that encourages clients to return and rebook.
• Build lasting relationships with clients.
• Perform various massage techniques, including Deep Tissue.
• Utilize specialized services such as CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
• Manage setup and turnover time between appointments.
