Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in licensed field
- People leader experience, trainer experience or any certifications to support training
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
- Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
- Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
- Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
- Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
- Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
- Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care
- Oversees all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards
- Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs)
- Manage additional projects as assigned by Lead
- Helps manage schedule of associates and in-house trainings
- Mandatory attendance at in-house trainings
- Acts as Lead when Lead is out
