YOU As a Mass Timber Regional Business Manager- Canada, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Simpson's share in the Mass Timber market across North America. You will coordinate with and contribute to the overall company efforts to profitably grow our business. You are responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs, competition, and market potential and helping to formulate and execute the business strategy for this industry. You will also lead and participate in training sessions/workshops throughout Canada and across North America. These workshops require scheduling, promotion, set-up, presentation, and take-down, as well as providing observation and suggestions for improvement. You will work with the Director of OEM, Regional Sales Managers, mass timber fiber producers, integrators, specifiers, Product Management, Marketing, and other field sales representatives to develop/coordinate sales strategies and programs; and communicate appropriate market trends and field intelligence to provide to Management and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
