Requirements

• Experience in masonry, concrete, foundation repair, or general construction preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform foundation crack repairs and structural foundation work.
• Complete masonry repairs, including brick, block, stone, and concrete work.
• Mix and apply mortar, concrete, and other construction materials.
• Assist with foundation waterproofing and stabilization projects.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Work efficiently as part of a team while following all safety procedures.
