Requirements
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (a plus)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction on-site
Nice To Haves
- Prior masonry, hardscaping, or construction experience preferred (not always required — willing to train the right person)
Responsibilities
- Build and repair hardscape features including retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, steps, and stone veneer
- Read and follow project plans/blueprints for layout and grading
- Mix and pour concrete, set stone/block, and finish surfaces to spec
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Work alongside crew leads to keep projects on schedule and up to quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and properly care for equipment/materials
- Load/unload materials and assist with other landscape construction tasks as needed
