About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tradesman to join our field operations team. This role involves hands-on work in building restoration, including caulking, waterproofing, and structural repairs. Ideal candidates are hard-working, safety-minded, and eager to grow with a high-performing crew. We ask that applicants provide a letter of recommendation or the contact details of a reference.

Requirements

Construction or restoration experience preferred
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather
Ability to follow safety protocols and directions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork

Responsibilities

Perform field work related to: Concrete repair and restoration
Communicate with foremen and project leads to ensure timely progress
Sealant and joint system installation
Above and below-grade waterproofing
Masonry repair and restoration
Surface prep, grinding, and substrate repair
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow project drawings and work orders
Maintain clean and safe work zones

Benefits

Compensation: $25–$28/hour, based on experience
Schedule: 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday); Friday availability if 40 hours are not met, at manager’s discretion
