Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and electronic records organization.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, spreadsheets, meeting materials, and presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating calendars, meetings, room reservations, and departmental activities.
  • Organize shared files and help maintain accurate department records and logs.
  • Respond professionally to basic questions and direct requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Support mailings, supply inventories, and other general office needs.
  • Complete short-term administrative projects and other intern-level tasks.
