About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring Masker – 2nd Shift, in Amherst, NH. As a Masker - 2nd Shift, you will follow work instructions and use tools to perform masking tasks. This includes applying masking materials like tape, latex, or other coatings to cover areas that should not be exposed during the process. You will ensure accuracy by following detailed prints and customer specifications. After the process is complete, you will remove the masking materials using various tools and techniques. The role requires ensuring high-quality service to customers by maintaining consistent attendance and utilizing fine motor skills for detailed work. This is a Full time, Contract to Hire opportunity.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
- A history of staying with previous employers for at least 1-2 years
- Experience in activities requiring fine motor skills (e.g., knitting, cake decorating, model cars, circuit board assembly)
Nice To Haves
- Experience using microscopes is a significant advantage
