Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • B.S. Degree in an engineering and scientific field such as Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work on cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Able to adapt priorities and responsibilities to support business needs.
  • A team player that can multitask and thrive in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master degree and above is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install and release equipment and process.
  • Design and execute experiments, interpret and extract insightful results from complex data sets to optimize the mask process and achieve precision control.
  • Apply statistics process control methods to establish and sustain a robust mask process flow.
  • Install, qualify and sustain manufacturing equipment to expand capacity with punctuation and quality.
  • Apply experience and systematic approach to solve equipment issues.
  • Improve tool uptime availability and utilization efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identify technology gaps and deficiencies; devise, evaluate and qualify mitigation and continuous improvement solutions.
