Intel's Technology and Development team is looking for Mask Manufacturing Technician (MMT). The MMT performs functions associated with mask manufacturing including successful operation of the assigned module in meeting factory safety quality and output goals MMT.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a High school Diploma, GED, or Associate’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM program and 1+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: Military electronic/avionic technician training End-user computer skills and navigation Schematic/wiring diagram reading Electronic systems, troubleshooting and maintenance and the testing, and/or repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics.
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment
  • High-volume manufacturing with photomask manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in Wafer manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of standard PC tools such as MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Processing of product maintaining tools sets and processes participating in module team structure ensuring area cleanliness training others and suggesting module improvements.
  • Responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and is in charge of updating training manuals.
  • Work in processes improvement, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability.
  • May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new work.
