About The Position

This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. The Team Member will greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, use the bug prep gun, remove mud, perform safety inspections, make key adjustments to car wash equipment, and be knowledgeable on E-Stop locations. They will handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely, be responsible for the vacuum service process, and participate in the nightly close down checklist. Additionally, they will engage with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, be knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages, inform guests about Memberships, present our Difference, and train new Team Members. They will aid in member visit success rate, including License Plate Recognition and RFID sticker reads. The role involves communicating key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, observing the vacuum area for guest satisfaction, and being knowledgeable on membership management. The Team Member must be fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process, complete daily shift reports, maintain a clean and organized car wash facility, and learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership. They will safely use ladders, engage the e-stop while cleaning, and learn backroom safety and equipment knowledge. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct is required. This includes following Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. Assistance in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and the lot, is expected. The role requires willingness to work in all weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Team Members will be on their feet 100% of the day and outside. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning is required. This position is eligible for cash and digital tips. All other duties assigned by management are also part of the role.

Greet guest as they approach the car wash tunnel
