About The Position

Columbia Association (CA) is a nonprofit community services organization that manages Columbia, Maryland—home to 100,000 residents and ranked the #1 Happiest City in Maryland (WalletHub) and Best Place to Live (Livability.com, Niche.com). We operate a wide network of top-tier recreational facilities, including three full-service fitness clubs, golf courses, an ice rink, racquet clubs, and pools. We’re looking for part-time Martial Arts Instructors to help lead world class martial arts experiences and inspire healthier lives through exceptional service, expert guidance, and community engagement. As a Martial Arts Instructor, you will foster a positive and inviting atmosphere that makes every member and guest feel valued. You will lead dynamic, high‑energy Martial Arts classes that motivate and inspire participants. You will champion CA’s Mission, Vision, and Values through your teaching and member engagement.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year teaching experience preferred.
Martial Arts Black Belt (Tae Kwon Do preferred)
