About The Position
We are seeking a Martial Arts After School Instructor to lead classes for PreK - 6th graders. The instructor will be responsible for teaching martial arts during after-school hours on Tuesdays at the Franklin Pike location in Nashville, TN. Each class session will typically be 60 minutes long, with two sessions per day.
Requirements
- Experience in teaching martial arts.
- Ability to work with children in PreK - 6th grade.
- Availability on Tuesdays from 3:15 PM to 5:15 PM.
- Reliable transportation to the Franklin Pike, Nashville, TN location.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in after-school programs.
- Knowledge of various martial arts disciplines.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead martial arts classes for students in PreK - 6th grade.
- Manage two 60-minute class sessions per day.
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Follow the provided class schedule and curriculum.
- Communicate with program coordinators regarding class progress and any issues.
