About The Position

We are excited to invite applications for the position of MarTech Delivery Lead within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care Company, this role will involve planning, business and data analysis, functional and technical design, as well as close partnership and interaction with the Digital Marketing and IT teams to support the deployment of new technology to optimize and expand digital engagement programs leading to better targeting and engagement with our professionals, customers and consumers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or marketing field
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with at least 4 years focused on IT/Data Analytics within the Digital/Marketing domain.
  • Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), web analytics, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building web dialogues and interactive components.
  • Experience using GTM or Adobe Launch for advanced event tagging and tracking.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity in requirements and lead cross-functional communication between business and engineering.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Snowflake and GCS for data extraction and analysis.
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud for journey building and execution.
  • Expert-level experience implementing and optimizing campaigns in Adobe Target.
  • Practical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for integrating personalized web experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams using Agile/SCRUM or SAFe frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Digital and internal teams to capture, define, and refine business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Partner with business teams to deeply understand their needs, leading the ideation process to develop creative technical solutions for complex marketing challenges.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and value-mapping for new MarTech requests, ensuring that proposed solutions are both technically sound and deliver measurable business ROI.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of website data layers to ensure accurate data collection; hands-on ability to configure events, capture behavioral data, and successfully ingest it into the marketing ecosystem.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of web forms, guided dialogues, and interactive modules that capture data to fuel personalized customer journeys.
  • Design solutions that leverage real-time web event data to drive hyper-personalized experiences on B2B and DTC sites.
  • Develop robust Customer Data Models and Identity Graphs to support sophisticated targeting and audience modeling.
  • Research and implement emerging tech in first-party data and digital identity management to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead the Agile process, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Translate the MarTech roadmap into a prioritized backlog, ensuring clear estimation and consistent velocity.
  • Establish and document best practices for data integration and campaign execution to ensure scalability across global divisions.
