The MarTech Enablement Team is the strategic bridge between marketing vision and technology execution-your catalyst for success. We align platform capabilities with enterprise objectives, ensuring every initiative drives measurable value. Beyond adoption support, we lead governance and intake processes, prioritize requests against OKRs, and apply structured change management to enable smooth transitions. Our team delivers enterprise training, readiness programs, and best practices to accelerate proficiency and sustain usage. We measure success through adoption maturity, business outcomes, and optimization insights-proving impact at every stage. Requirements

  • Broad digital marketing experience (journey orchestration, personalization, website strategy and execution, paid media, social, audience segmentation), B2B preferred
  • Experienced relationship manager
  • Strong communication skills, including experience communicating with senior level leaders
  • Experience using Adobe marketing products (AEP, CDP, AEM, Target, Workfront)
  • Agile and digital product management experience
  • Project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects or multiple workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
  • Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
  • Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
