The Enablement Lead plays a critical role within Pfizer’s PAVE (Portfolio Alternative Value Enablement) team, serving as the central architect of the team’s data infrastructure and performance analytics ecosystem. This individual is responsible for defining, sourcing, and operationalizing KPI frameworks, enabling brand and portfolio stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Acting as the “source of truth” for performance insights, the Enablement Lead partners across functions to streamline data flow, surface actionable opportunities, and build scalable tools that ensure operational excellence and transparency. This lead will be accountable for brand forecasting for OP, LEs and partner relationships. Lastly, the Lead will be a critical thought partner with the PAVE Lead and Portfolio Leads in evaluating business opportunities and decisions using data-driven insights.

  • Define the suite of core and custom KPIs used across PAVE to monitor brand performance, GTN evolution, channel mix, and strategic execution.
  • Liaise with Portfolio Leads to ensure KPIs are tailored to business needs and drive insight into investment effectiveness.
  • Ensure data sources and methodologies used are consistent, auditable, and aligned with Pfizer analytics best practices.
  • Translate performance metrics into forward-looking insights, surfacing trends, opportunities, and gaps for Portfolio and Strategy Leads.
  • Develop “early warning” dashboards and analytics tools to flag underperformance, margin risk, or market shifts.
  • Support PAVE leadership with ad-hoc and recurring analytics to drive asset reviews, governance meetings, and strategic planning.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between PAVE strategy teams and functional analytics resources, including Digital, Finance, Market Access, and Medical.
  • Partner with the Automation & Ops Lead to identify processes for simplification and automation within data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Global Commercial Analytics (GCA), Digital, and data engineering functions to ensure enablement infrastructure scales with PAVE needs.
  • Oversee the aggregation, validation, and maintenance of all performance data used by the PAVE team.
  • Serve as custodian for data definitions, metric logic, and data lineage to maintain a single version of truth.
  • Proactively identify and close data gaps or quality issues that may compromise decision-making integrity.
  • Create/maintain demand forecasts for PAVE brands and portfolios.
  • Prepare key inputs for Op Plan and Latest Estimates (LEs).
  • Evaluate partner forecasts, providing support and expert input to shape contractually-agreed performance baselines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, health economics, public health, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in data enablement, commercial analytics, or decision support within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience designing dashboards, metrics frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across multiple business functions and translate complex data into business-impacting insights.
  • Strong Excel and data visualization tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire).
  • Strong knowledge of industry data sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony, Formulary, Pricing, is critical
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS in analytics or related field).
  • Experience building integrated KPI systems in a matrixed pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
  • Familiarity with loss-of-exclusivity (LOE) asset dynamics and GTN-related analytics.
  • Prior exposure to automation workflows and digital tooling to streamline business reporting.
