The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team, providing therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team. This role is in an outpatient, clinic-based environment with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts, allowing for a focus on quality care and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from an accredited Professional Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy program; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency approved by the Board; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.
  • Current and active Oregon licensure as a MFTA (required by first day of employment)
  • Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care
  • Accepted Licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and (CSWA), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and (PCA), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and (MFTA), Psychologist

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
