Assist the Marlin Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase qualified applicants, including but not limited to proactively recruiting. Thoughtfully hire, develop, and mentor the team Manage individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance. Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
