About The Position
This role involves marking templates and placement locations on fabric components according to specifications and work instructions. The individual will ensure markings are accurate, visible, and aligned with quality standards. They will utilize related equipment and tools necessary to support apparel assembly operations, review and comprehend product specifications, technical instructions, and assembly requirements, and verify components and markings before release to sewing operators. The position requires maintaining expected production rates while meeting quality standards, learning and understanding how threads, findings, trims, and other components are applied within sewing operations, and communicating production or quality concerns to supervisors or team leaders. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, following all company policies, safety procedures, and ISO quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
