The Markets Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed for undergraduates beginning their career in markets. You will be aligned to a business group, where you will contribute to daily client activity, strengthen technical skills, and collaborate with colleagues across origination trading, sales, origination, and research teams. The program begins with six to eight weeks of structured training covering accounting, valuation, credit analysis, structuring, and market analysis. Your training will include classroom sessions, case studies, and desk immersion, followed by continued development through mentorship and feedback.
