About The Position

The Marketplace Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and palletizing customer orders across dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas. This role involves operating electric pallet jacks or other powered equipment to move and stage product, loading customer orders into vehicles, and ensuring accuracy. The position also requires maintaining clean and organized work areas, following food safety and proper stacking procedures, performing equipment inspections, and adhering to all safety protocols. Delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

Basic English reading, writing, and math skills required
Physically able to lift and move up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable bending, twisting, and reaching frequently
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Must be 18+ and pass a background check and substance screening
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse and pallet jack experience preferred
Familiarity with register operation and basic cash handling is a plus
