About The Position

Are you passionate about driving growth through online marketplaces and digital commerce? As a Marketplace Manager, you will lead the strategy, operations, and growth of our third-party marketplace business across Snap Lock Industries and Greatmats. You will oversee marketplace performance, optimize product listings, manage advertising initiatives, and identify new opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and brand visibility. Requirements

3-7+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Costco.com, or other major online marketplaces.
Experience launching, managing, and optimizing products on third-party marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
Understanding of digital merchandising, e-commerce operations, and online customer buying behavior.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to grow online sales channels.

Nice To Haves

Experience with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, and Wayfair is preferred.
Familiarity with marketplace advertising platforms, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, feed management software, PIM systems, SEO, and AI content optimization is a plus.
Experience within durable goods, home improvement, building materials, manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies that support company sales and profitability goals.
Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities while expanding existing marketplace partnerships.
Manage relationships with marketplace representatives, category managers, and strategic partners.
Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including product listings, SKU launches, catalog maintenance, compliance standards, inventory monitoring, order flow, customer feedback, and account health.
Develop and maintain best-in-class product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, specifications, images, videos, installation guides, and enhanced content.
Manage marketplace pricing, promotions, seasonal campaigns, advertising initiatives, and MAP compliance.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend actions that protect brand value while increasing market share.
Lead marketplace advertising efforts, including sponsored products, promotional tools, campaign optimization, and budget management.
Analyze marketplace performance and develop reporting on revenue, profitability, conversion rates, advertising performance, inventory position, product rankings, and account health.
Present recommendations and insights that drive marketplace growth and operational improvements.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer service, operations, finance, and purchasing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketplace initiatives.
Monitor emerging marketplace trends, AI-driven commerce opportunities, and digital shelf best practices to improve product visibility and discoverability.
Support 5S organizational principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
