About The Position

The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands and is crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will spend most of their time interacting with local business within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and the services and products provided. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, etc.) to the best of their judgment to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City. In addition, the Wellness Brand Ambassador will also help to create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor. Applicants with a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and desire to learn need only apply. As a Wellness Brand Ambassador, you will also work in the salon at Sun Tan City, developing your client engagement skills. In salon, as a Wellness Consultant, candidate will be required to make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services. These products and services will be the same that are being promoted in the field.

Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hands on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.
Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
Ability to make recommendations for products and services.
Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands.
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and its services and products.
Use approved promotional materials (coupons, gift cards, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor.
Develop client engagement skills in the salon.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Educate clients on the best tanning and wellness options.
