About The Position

The Marketing Website Associate supports the digital presence of RITALKA companies by maintaining and enhancing our websites, and the development of a growing e-commerce platform. This role is ideal for an early-career candidate with foundational web skills who wants hands-on experience in marketing, web design, and digital content management.

Requirements

Minimum Associate's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related experience
Foundational understanding of CSS, PHP, and Scripting with the ability to modify and troubleshoot page styling.
Basic knowledge of HTML.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
Solid written communication skills.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and relationship to website design and content.
Comfort using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Interest in mobile equipment, manufacturing, or technical product environments.
OR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.

Responsibilities

Update, edit, and format website content (product pages, images, descriptions, promotions, etc.).
Support the buildout, maintenance, and optimization of the company's e-commerce site.
Ensure proper product categorization, pricing accuracy, and user-friendly navigation.
Assist with loading product specs, photos, and digital assets.
Apply CSS to clean up layouts, improve visual consistency, and enhance user experience.
Make basic HTML edits as needed to support page updates or improvements.
Troubleshoot formatting or display issues across desktop and mobile.
Implement SEO best practices such as meta tags, alt text, and page structure adjustments.
Upload blog posts, announcements, and marketing updates.
Assist with landing page creation for online campaigns.
Review the website for outdated content, broken links, or layout inconsistencies.
Support analytics tracking setup (Google Analytics, Search Console, UTM links).
Gather basic website performance statistics for the marketing team.
Work collaboratively with the company's IT department for seamless integration.
