About The Position

Arrowquip is seeking a Marketing Videographer based in Houston, Texas, to help shape the company's global image. This role is fundamentally a marketing position that utilizes a camera to create content that highlights Arrowquip's unique selling propositions, builds demand, and drives sales. The ideal candidate is not just a camera operator but someone who understands how to create compelling visuals that achieve business objectives. The company values collaboration in storytelling, with the videographer playing a key role in planning shoots, operating the camera, and editing the final product. While there is a collaborative element in story planning, the execution of the video production is largely autonomous, provided it aligns with the brand and strategy. Arrowquip emphasizes a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where creativity is expected to drive business growth and connect with the end-users of their equipment. They are open to adopting new tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency. The role involves travel, including a week per month at the head office in Manitoba, Canada, with the marketing team and engineers, and additional travel for field shoots across the market. The company offers significant support and mentorship during the initial six months, focusing on understanding the industry, products, and customers. A key requirement is an understanding and respect for rural life and the people who live it, as the target audience values authenticity.
