Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Oversee production of extra-small and small marketing projects, including cross-departmental communication and approvals
- Develop (and update as necessary) detailed marketing production schedules for extra-small and small projects, as well as for medium, large and extra-large projects based on Marketing Managers’ milestone schedules
- Ensure that assets and projects flow though Marketing processes according to schedule, including making all stakeholders are aware of their task due dates
- Maintain Marketing Toolkit and oversee quarterly update process
- Assist Marketing Strategy and Tactics team in completing administrative tasks
