The Services Marketing Technology team builds bespoke solutions that enable global marketing campaigns to effectively promote digital services. We are a highly-energized team of problem solvers who collaborate with some of the most talented creative individuals in the industry. The tools we build are designed in close collaboration with product, design, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure they will effectively support Apple’s growing services business. We believe the right person for this role will share their years of experience while providing extraordinary support for the team. Our growing team is looking for a creative, innovative, and driven program manager, with an ability to plan and communicate solutions for complex problems. This role will work with a wide variety of cross functional teams, with a focus on enabling technology solutions in collaboration with product that drive meaningful programs with partners and creators in our apps and communication channels.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience in project management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of effective marketing technology strategies in the digital and social media landscape.
  • Understanding of different project management techniques including Agile and waterfall.
  • Experience driving and tracking the full project management lifecycle, including ideation, requirements, development, testing, and go-to-market.
  • Experience at cross-functional influence; translating between business owners and technical teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners. Including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and CMS systems.
  • Experience in partnering with product teams to draft requirement docs for engineering teams.
  • Able to identify opportunities to grow suite of products by understanding common, ongoing needs of businesses.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and demonstrated success in developing marketing programs with multiple collaborators.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or related workflow management tools.

Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for leading project management for a rich set of automated marketing tools and data products for Apple Services.
  • You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, product, engineering, international, and an external technical development team to enable efficiencies, cost savings, and customer transactions for our businesses.
