Job Summary: Works closely with commercial and marketing teams to support business processes and communications. This role typically has foundational level knowledge on commercial tools, marketing data, and digital business acumen.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assists team with the usage of commercial technologies to improve performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Routine process updates related to invoicing and billing activities
  • Leads small projects, with small to moderate complexity related to commercial strategy and/or marketing and communications.
  • Assists in creating, analyzing and validating business requirements for commercial tools and programs.
  • Assists in creating marketing and communication documents/projects.
  • Participates in commercial technology and/or marketing data planning meetings, road mapping, reveals, and retrospectives.
  • Works cross functionally to coordinate and deliver on business needs.
