The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you will have Digital Experience and Marketing Automation responsibilities for the Drinking Water Filtration business and bring the Aqua-Pure™ Water Filtration brand to life through our digital platforms. As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading digital experience delivery by translating global requirements into UX/UI solutions, creating wireframes/prototypes (Figma), and implementing experiences in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Driving global web experience initiatives through strong project management, ensuring on-time/on-budget execution and alignment to broader digital strategy. Owning marketing automation strategy and execution, including campaign architecture, build, launch, and optimization to improve performance. Managing marketing automation operations including data hygiene, list segmentation, and lead management processes in partnership with marketing and sales teams. Partnering with marketing teams, enterprise marketing technology teams, and developers to define objectives, requirements, and key deliverables across marketing automation and owned web properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of combined experience in UX Design, Digital Experience/Strategy, and Marketing Automation strategy and execution OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Eleven (11) years of combined experience in UX Design, Digital Experience/Strategy, and Marketing Automation strategy and execution
  • Strong experience in information architecture, wireframing, usability testing, and using data/insights to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, influence decision-making, and align stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including organization, prioritization, and time management across multiple initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of modern tools and platforms used in digital experience/UX design and marketing automation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and lead through cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Figma wireframing and prototyping and AEM website platform delivery.
  • Experience with Eloqua (or similar marketing automation platforms) and campaign performance optimization.
  • Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams and driving process improvement/standardization.
  • Strong results orientation using qualitative and quantitative metrics to recommend improvements and deliver marketing outcomes.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development; passion for technology, optimization, and operational excellence.
