About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Technology Analyst with strong execution capabilities to support a growing martech function. This individual will help bridge business needs with technical solutions and contribute directly to platform-level work across the marketing technology stack, including an upcoming CRM transformation.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred (or similar)
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems
  • Experience executing within platforms, not just managing them
  • Ability to understand data flows, customer data structures, and cross-platform integration

Nice To Haves

  • Product Analyst / Technical Product Analyst
  • Martech Consultant / Specialist
  • Experience across multiple platforms (CRM, email, CDP, etc.)
  • Execution-focused problem solver
  • Technically curious and self-sufficient
  • Comfortable operating in evolving/undefined environments
  • Able to quickly build context across systems

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and execution across marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Assist with CRM migration planning and execution
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions across Martech tools
  • Provide tactical support to senior team members on active initiatives
  • Ensure alignment across systems (email, data, media, CRM)
