About The Position

The Marketing Technologist at Hyper Solutions plays a key role in building, optimizing, and scaling the company’s digital marketing infrastructure. This position sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, supporting website management, digital optimization, analytics, social media execution, and AI-assisted development initiatives that drive measurable business impact. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Hyper’s digital presence while leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI technologies to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The Marketing Technologist works closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into execution, improve customer engagement, and increase visibility into marketing performance. This position is well-suited for a technically minded marketer who enjoys working across websites, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies to solve problems and accelerate business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in digital marketing, WordPress development, analytics, or marketing technology roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress website management and optimization
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and X content management and strategy
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude Code for development, research, content generation, or workflow automation
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with WordPress page builders and SEO optimization tools
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and CRM integrations
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding and development platforms
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing or technology-focused brands
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset preparation
  • Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp or similar tools
  • Interest in emerging AI technologies and their application to marketing, analytics, and automation

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Hyper’s WordPress environment including themes, plugins, performance, security, and updates
  • Build, update, and optimize landing pages, campaign pages, and website content
  • Customize website functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AI-assisted development tools
  • Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO performance, and overall user experience
  • Support SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, schema, and content for search and AI-driven discovery platforms
  • Support integrations between websites, forms, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude Code to accelerate development, content creation, and marketing workflows
  • Build lightweight automations, scripts, and workflow enhancements to improve marketing efficiency
  • Execute and support social media strategy across LinkedIn and X
  • Schedule, publish, and optimize digital content across social platforms
  • Manage Google Analytics and digital reporting tools to track website and campaign performance
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into engagement, conversions, and marketing ROI
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that improve marketing productivity
  • Support campaign launches, content updates, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Maintain digital asset organization, website documentation, and reporting systems
  • Assist with technical setup and optimization for trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Support consistency across digital experiences and brand messaging
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and marketing operations
