About The Position

As a Marketing Coordinator (Night Shift) you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience answering phones with phenomenal customer service
  • Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
  • Excellent job attendance
  • Night Shift - able to work nights

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Timeshare Experience is a plus
  • Previous High-End/Luxury Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

  • Accurately recording guest tour presentation reservations in the system for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Teams.
  • First point of contact for the Marketing and In-House Team Members.
  • Assist Marketing Management in monitoring and advising tour flow and is the central hub of communication with all the Marketing Departments, including but not limited to: Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.
