About The Position

This role is responsible for defining and implementing marketing programs to support revenue growth, brand management, public relations, and demand marketing. Through identifying new consumer insights and developing marketing strategy, this role aims to reach new customers.

Requirements

  • Foundational industry knowledge and understanding of GTM strategy, multi-channel marketing, event planning, brand management, and innovative marketing tactics.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to implement creative and innovative recommendations.
  • Project management and organization skills with the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities, leading others through project phases and roadblocks.
  • Business acumen with the understanding of international growth.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with broader teams and leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required
  • Up to 2 years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes marketing positioning, promotions, and communications to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena, and supports the local sales team with marketing material and sales collateral.
  • Analyzes performance from marketing campaigns and activities to optimize marketing performance, drive growth, and improve ROI to achieve commercialization, profitability, business growth, and market share objectives.
  • Serves as the internal and external advocate for the product by creating compelling messages and demonstrating the benefits and capabilities.
  • Manages promotional agencies.
  • May use market research, product analysis, and/or customer feedback to recognize opportunities for advancing the brand across a range of products and categories.
  • Supports company Franchise partnership initiatives.
