The Opportunity: As the Marketing Strategy & Planning Integrated Marketing Manager, you will work with a group of US-focused marketers to help fuel organic growth for the US Private Client Group by generating qualified leads for our world-class sales team. To do so, you will partner with our media, analytics, consumer learning and creative teams to develop strategies and campaigns that increase growth. You will be an advocate for the wants and needs of our prospective clients in the US market. You will be part of our Strategy & Planning team, reporting to the Marketing Group Manager. The Day-to-Day: Deeply understand and advocate for the needs of the prospective client, applying insights from consumer learning and data. Manage diverse projects, including creative execution and development, and work closely with other internal partners. Use learnings from consumer research, including client and prospective client segmentation studies, to iterate and improve current marketing strategies and develop new initiatives from idea to completion. Develop and consult on messaging and marketing strategies for new and existing opportunities. Independently lead important strategic marketing initiatives. Work across the organization partnering with creative, fulfillment, analytics, technology, finance and legal/compliance teams.
