About The Position

Spectra Gutters System is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead to join out team in Atlanta, GA. The Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead will play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across corporate, sales, and branch teams. This position serves as a central hub for communication and execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while driving projects forward, managing timelines, and supporting efficient day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Serve as a primary point of contact between marketing, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies by aligning workflows, resources, and priorities.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively drive solutions and escalate recommendations as appropriate.
Assist in campaign planning, tracking, and performance reporting.
Maintain calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across all marketing efforts.
Handle detailed, day-to-day operational tasks that keep marketing initiatives running smoothly.
Support field events such as trade shows, open houses, contractor events, and community activations.
Collect and synthesize feedback from branch managers and sales teams to identify recurring needs, gaps, or opportunities.
Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to the Marketing Director.
