About The Position

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Marketing Strategist to support and execute our firm’s expanding marketing growth strategy. This role is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving digital engagement, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex professional services into clear, compelling content. The Marketing Strategist will have a key role in: Social media development/posting/tracking Content calendar management/ownership CRM lead support and reporting Implementing digital campaigns using marketing automation (HubSpot) Web site evolution with the support of vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy; professional services or B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong project management experience, ability to manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines simultaneously and comfortable working with project management tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for a corporate or professional brand.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing automation or CRM systems is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with paid search or social advertising.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations in regulated industries.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • With the support of vendors, manage and optimize the firm’s website, including content updates, SEO best practices, and user experience improvements.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, and organic search.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, production schedules, and content calendars to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, aligning with firm messaging and employer brand.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and targeted communications using marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote service lines, thought leadership, events, recruiting initiatives, and firm announcements.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Support online reputation management, including firm profiles, awards, and directories.
  • Ensure all digital content complies with firm branding guidelines, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Support proposal process and key deliverables as part of a team.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to professional services.
