Glastender, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of bar and restaurant equipment, is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. What You'll Do As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels. You'll combine creativity with data-driven insight to develop compelling campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. In this hands-on role, you'll contribute across a wide range of marketing activities while working closely with a small, collaborative team to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Two to four years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong foundation in marketing fundamentals, including content development, campaign execution, and digital platforms
  • Creative thinker who can generate ideas and also execute them effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate, share ideas, and contribute wherever needed
  • Humble, adaptable, and open to feedback in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a hands-on role
  • Proficiency with standard business and marketing tools

  • Experience with web content and basic design

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand and product value across digital and traditional channels
  • Create, manage, and publish content across platforms including website, social media, and digital advertising
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance; use insights to refine approaches and improve results
  • Identify and recommend effective marketing channels and promotional opportunities
  • Plan and support trade shows, events, and customer-facing initiatives from concept through execution
