Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Website Updates & Management Monitors MC Property Websites to ensure functionality and creative aspects are working properly Suggests improvements and updates to keep MC Properties looking fresh and appealing to prospective residents Property Pages, Regional Pages Provides relevant content recommendations and updates including but not limited to (Homepage, awards, employees, press releases, blogs, awards, contact info, hours of operation, and photos) Creates this content and submits to the webmaster for updates Online Reputation Management Responds to reviews left for nearly 40 properties Google My Business Creation, optimization and upkeep Department Management Creates graphics, property banners, ads, flyers, as needed in programs such as Canva or Adobe graphic design work Graphic design for Properties All other duties as needed to assist in property marketing.

Requirements

  • High School/GED with 3+ years marketing experience or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Creates this content and submits to the webmaster for updates
  • Online Reputation Management
  • Responds to reviews left for nearly 40 properties
  • Google My Business Creation, optimization and upkeep
  • Department Management
  • Creates graphics, property banners, ads, flyers, as needed in programs such as Canva or Adobe graphic design work
  • Graphic design for Properties
  • All other duties as needed to assist in property marketing
  • Serves as primary marketing liaison contact for Onsite and Operations teams.
  • Supports the Marketing Team with the formation and delivery of the marketing collateral for each asset through tactical implementation of materials and activities that support the achievement of the scheme business objectives (e.g. Property promotions, execution of activities, creation of digital ads, creation of presentations, marketing materials and resident communication designs, website strategy and content updates, photography and video coordination and event support).
  • Assists the business by working closely with our clients and their marketing team to understand their business needs and marketing requirements and ensure that all marketing campaigns, communications, and activities are run following brand guidelines.
  • Supports lease-up efforts for newly launched and stabilized buildings and end-to-end marketing for new properties in collaboration with the client marketing team, where required, as properties are built and prepared for leasing.
  • Coordinates and attends various events and promotions throughout the year at our properties to ensure outstanding quality and sound commercial output.
  • Responsible for creating creative communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, reports, and training materials in liaison with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure delivery against marketing campaigns.
  • Provides regular reporting to and works in collaboration with the client marketing team, taking the lead where required (with the support of the Marketing Director).
  • Successfully promotes our resident and community events, ensuring strong attendance throughout the year and a target output of lead generation and resident retention.
  • Responsible for supporting the invoice process and tracking of budgets.
