Job SummaryRestaurant Associates is seeking a hospitality obsessed, food & beverage MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our team. Our hospitality Marketing Specialist is responsible for all site level R/A marketing activities to include advertising and promotions. This person will collaborate closely with our client and the management team to produce marketing programs and impactful collateral; they are focused on promoting an exceptional dining experience and driving ocnsistent client & customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a sizeable dining campus (food hall concept, corporate catering, full service cafe operations and MORE). Please note - this is a full time ON SITE role.

Requirements

  • Effective written and oral communication skills - you're a proactive communicator who connects & builds strong partnerships with the team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite software experience a plus
  • Minimum of three years marketing experience​, preferably to include food & beverage industry experience
  • Ability to present effectively to large groups​, communicating clear marketing objectives and expectations
  • Knowledge of merchandising and promotions​ - understands F&B operations thru the guest's lens
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills​ - you understand the big picture operations and how to effectively prioritize & partner

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Merchandising and/or Marketing experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop and implement marketing and merchandizing programs to include promotional activities resulting in increased participation and brand awareness.
  • Develop marketing action plan and collateral to support all new programs.
  • Provides ands-on support with and responsibility for set-ups of culinary, marketing, and retail innovation implementations at account.
  • Maintain and update POS / digital screens throughout food hall and cafes.
  • Manages CoStar Group Brand Store to include set up, ordering, inventory, merchandising, staffing.
  • Develop annual Business Plan marketing objectives and on site signage programs
  • Develop and manages local partnerships to include onsite promotions.
  • Partners with the culinary team to implement merchandising, marketing and operational guidelines for new and existing food programs.
  • Update / create design jobs as necessary using design software to include Café’s at Home program.
  • Maintain and update dining & catering websites
  • Maintain Social Media platforms and build café participation through these channels
