About The Position

At Colliers, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist, internally known as a Client Services Coordinator, to provide top-notch support to brokers and clients. This role is crucial in supporting the business development of brokers through marketing efforts, including the creation of pitch decks and other graphic materials. Additionally, the role involves managing transaction communication, correspondence, and the entire process from commencement to completion. The ideal candidate will be a go-to guru for all things real estate, with a passion for proposal creation, document preparation, superior writing skills, and presentation abilities. This position is responsible for balancing multiple activities and projects for various team members, tracking action items and delivery dates, and managing tasks to completion. The role also includes executing marketing campaigns, updating transaction information on relevant websites and client portals, and participating in the management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, including deal sheets, trade records, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate.
  • Strong Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems.
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsibilities

  • Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items, delivery dates/times and ‘manage up’ to completion of each project.
  • Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
  • Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites, and client contract portals for both local and regional clients intel to be readily available.
  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork, preparing invoices and tracking payments.
