About The Position

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, creative in their approach to marketing, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and ultimately boost sales.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and fashion trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and brand.
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and advertising campaigns.
Manage our social media accounts, including planning and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers and campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to expand our reach and drive brand awareness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
