About The Position

Harris Beach Murtha’s Business Development team is searching for a Marketing Specialist to support the implementation of business development and marketing plans. You will THRIVE in this role if you have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (required) 3+ years of marketing or business development experience in a professional services organization (preferred) Legal industry experience (preferred) Experience maintaining social media accounts, creating targeted campaigns, including design elements, and integrating content across platforms (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, HubSpot or other similar CRM software Creative writing and editing skills The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively across the team and with stakeholders throughout the firm to ensure consistent brand representation, effective communication, and strategic outreach. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (required)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members by using established firm branding guidelines, tools and software to create advertisements, email blasts, social media graphics and other creative assets
  • Manage and monitor all firm social media accounts, including developing and maintaining a social media editorial calendar and creating content
  • Expand the firm’s existing social and digital platforms by identifying future growth opportunities that reflect the firm’s strategic priorities and maximize engagement with targeted audiences
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the firm’s social media engagement and other key metrics
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance of the firm’s website
  • Maintain and update firm contact lists and support ongoing data integrity initiatives
  • Assist with public relations strategy implementation
  • Support the planning and execution of firm marketing events, including pre- and post-event promotion and on-site attendance
  • Assist with developing and updating marketing collateral
  • Travel occasionally to firm offices as needed
