About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications programs across Canada, supporting industries such as commercial building and data center construction, fire protection, and mining. This role will focus on strengthening brand affinity with both new and existing customers, supporting customer retention, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. Working closely with regional sales leadership and the global marketing organization, the Marketing Specialist will support market growth initiatives while maintaining brand integrity and customer experience excellence.

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on event management and social media campaigns; experience within global organizations is an asset.
  • Strong critical‑thinking and creative abilities, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the role.
  • Proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with a strong focus on results.
  • Collaborative and positive team‑oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand, translate, and effectively market industrial technologies.
  • Strong digital proficiency, including MS Office and hands‑on experience with modern digital tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused sales messaging.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and scheduling skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working independently when required and collaborating across regions and time zones as part of a global team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the marketing subject matter expert for the Canadian market, managing day‑to‑day regional marketing activities in close partnership with sales and regional marketing teams.
  • Execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Support the development of market‑specific marketing tools and materials, from concept through completion.
  • Ensure a consistent, positive customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring timely execution while adhering to all corporate brand standards and guidelines.
  • Liaise with digital, operations, and market marketing teams to fulfill content requests and support key stakeholders.
  • Respond to local sales requests to strengthen brand presence throughout the customer journey and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with the corporate marketing team (Easton, PA) and local sales to execute integrated marketing communications programs, including advertising, public relations, trade shows, social media, direct mail campaigns, literature, and special events.
  • Participate in field visits and project site meetings as needed to gain insight into customer needs, industry challenges, and sales requirements.
  • Coordinate and provide tactical oversight of external vendors, including graphic designers, PR agencies, photographers, videographers, tradeshow vendors, and other service providers.
  • Drive strong cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams such as Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, HR, and other stakeholders to support product and market initiatives across the global organization.
