About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY Develops and executes marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in alignment with business objectives. Conducts market research to identify target demographics, analyze competitor offerings, and inform campaign development for digital, social media, and email channels. Utilizes research and analysis to define market segments and develop targeted messaging. Assists with the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions. Monitors marketing KPI's to track campaign performance. Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure product design, marketing strategy, and organizational goals are aligned. May develop or lead consumer surveys to improve and refine the understanding of consumer behavior or preferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, brand development, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or social media management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills to interpret data and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborative and adaptable with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network of relationships in logistics, ports, or freight forwarding markets.
  • Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and knowledge of EDI/API integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition in alignment with business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment between marketing strategies and organizational goals.
  • Support or lead the development of consumer surveys and feedback initiatives to better understand customer preferences and behavior.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to inform ongoing strategy improvements.
