About The Position

The Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role contributes to both marketing campaign execution and the management of marketing systems that support those efforts. The Marketing Specialist works across digital channels and marketing platforms to assist with campaign coordination, content distribution, and performance tracking. In addition, the role supports CRM management and marketing data organization to ensure accurate reporting, efficient campaign execution, and alignment across marketing tools and internal systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data while collaborating with internal teams to support marketing initiatives. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience using Canva for digital marketing and creative content development.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, or content marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and web platforms.
  • Assist with creating marketing materials and digital assets for campaigns and communications.
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and content distribution across digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate customer and prospect data.
  • Support marketing campaign tracking, workflow automation, and data organization.
  • Assist with marketing operations including list management, data imports, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and brand visibility
  • Own the funnel, increasing it weekly with qualified opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients in identified verticals and geographic markets to determine their needs and communicate the value of Interstate’s innovative technology-based parking solutions.
  • Verify each potential client’s readiness to change existing, or work with a new, technology-based parking solutions provider.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with potential clients with future needs.
